Returns can be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, with their original labels attached and all packaging. No merchandise that has been worn or is used or damaged will be accepted for return. If, these conditions are not met Pour L’Amour reserves the right to refuse the return or refund. In such circumstances, the item will be returned to you.

Non- returnable goods: Socks and Headwear are Final Sale for hygienic reasons.

International Returns

We are currently unable to accept returns from outside Canada.

Process for Returns

In order to return or exchange an item, please email support@pourlamourofficial.com with the subject line “return request and order number.” Return requests must be placed within 14 days upon receipt of your purchase. Pour L’Amour will not accept items that fall outside this timeframe.
